Dr. Christopher B. Rogers joined Berks Cardiology in 2009. He is Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiology, and Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology.
Dr. Rogers was raised in Shavertown, PA. He graduated Magna Cum Laude with dual Bachelors degrees in Biology and Psychology from Wilkes University, Wilkes-Barre, PA. Dr. Rogers received his medical degree from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Philadelphia, PA, and completed his internship and residency in Internal Medicine at Frankford Hospital in Philadelphia. He then completed his Cardiology and Electrophysiology fellowships at Deborah Heart and Lung Center in Browns Mills, NJ.
The field of cardiology is constantly evolving and utilizing new technology. It’s exciting that, in electrophysiology, we can cure some heart rhythm disturbances and dramatically alter the course of others. Everyone should understand that they can play an active and important role in their own cardiovascular health through proper exercise and nutrition. Dr. Rogers and his wife have two children. His hobbies include spending time with his family, playing guitar, physical fitness, outdoor activities, traveling, and reading.
