Dr. Rajendra H. Solanki joined Berks Cardiologists, Ltd. in 2002. He is Board Certified in Cardiovascular Disease and Internal Medicine.
Dr. Solanki left his hometown of Sarasota, FL to receive his undergraduate degree in chemistry from University of South Florida, Tampa, FL, and his medical degree from Nova-SouthEastern University -College of Osteopathic Medicine, North Miami Beach, FL. His postgraduate training included Internship at Traditional Osteopathic – Meridian South Pointe Hospital, Warrensville Heights, OH, and Internal Medicine Residency at University of Medicine and Dentistry at New Jersey – Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, New Brunswick, NJ. His Fellowship in Cardiology was at University of Pittsburgh Medical Center —Shadyside, Pittsburgh, PA.
I like that cardiology has multiple facets of invasive and non-invasive treatments within one field of medicine. Laypersons need to know that heart disease can occur at any age.
